To a receiving mail server, your message looks like it could be forged, so it gets filed accordingly. You do not get a bounce. You simply never hear back, and you assume the client went quiet.

Every client we support gets a written record of their own setup: what exists, where it is hosted, who the registrar is, when things renew, and how to get into each account. It lives with you, not only with us.

The point is that you should be able to replace us without a crisis. Businesses become trapped by their own infrastructure precisely because nobody wrote any of it down, and we would rather be kept because the work is good.

We are in Arusha. For clients here that means someone can come to the office when a problem genuinely needs hands on a machine, rather than a support queue in another time zone that reopens tomorrow.

Most issues are resolved remotely and quickly, but the ones that are not tend to be urgent, and being nearby matters on exactly those days.

How it is priced

Ongoing support is a fixed monthly retainer based on how many people and systems you have, so the cost is predictable and you are not deciding whether a problem is expensive enough to justify calling. One-off projects, migrations and setups are quoted as fixed-price work after we have looked at what exists.

We will also tell you when you do not need us. If your requirement is one afternoon of work, we would rather do that afternoon well than sell you a retainer you have no use for.
