AI & Automation

Work smarter. Grow faster.

We remove the repetitive work that quietly consumes your team’s week, using automation and, where it genuinely helps, AI. The test is always the same: does this give someone their time back.

Start with the work nobody wants to admit to

Every business has tasks that exist only because two systems do not talk to each other. Copying enquiries from a website into a spreadsheet. Retyping order details into an invoice. Assembling the same report from four places on the last day of every month. Forwarding a document to eleven people.

Nobody plans this work. It accumulates. And because it is spread across several people in small daily amounts, it rarely appears as a problem worth solving, even when it adds up to more hours than a salary.

That is where we start, and it is usually the cheapest work with the largest return.

Where AI helps, and where it is decoration

AI is genuinely useful for a narrower set of things than the current enthusiasm suggests. It is good at drafting text a human will review, summarising long documents, extracting structured information from unstructured messages, sorting and routing incoming requests, and answering repetitive questions from material you control.

It is a poor choice anywhere the answer must be exactly right and cannot be checked, anywhere a simple rule would do the job more cheaply and predictably, and anywhere a mistake is expensive and would not be noticed. A deterministic rule that always works beats a clever system that works most of the time, and most business processes want the former.

We will tell you which of your problems are which, including when the honest answer is that you do not need AI at all.

What we typically automate

Enquiries routed and acknowledged automatically, so nothing sits unseen in a shared inbox. Data moved between systems you already use instead of retyped. Documents and invoices generated from real data rather than assembled by hand. Reminders and follow-ups that would otherwise depend on someone remembering. Reports built on a schedule instead of on a deadline.

Where the requirement grows past connecting existing tools, it becomes custom software, and we will say when that line has been crossed.

Automation that fails safely

The danger with automation is not that it breaks. It is that it breaks quietly and keeps running, and three weeks later you discover that no enquiry has been forwarded since the change.

So we build with that assumption. Failures are visible and alert someone. Steps are logged so a problem can be traced. Anything irreversible asks for confirmation. And there is always a way to do the task manually when the automation is unavailable, because the day it fails will be a busy one.

Small, then wider

We do not begin by mapping your entire operation. We take one painful, well-understood process, automate it properly, and let it run long enough to prove itself. That gives you a real sense of the value before committing further, and it gives us an accurate picture of how your team actually works, which is never quite how the org chart suggests.
